This is a beautiful, peaceful country with
much to offer the visitor.
Here is a suggested itinerary for a short visit
to this country.
Day 1: Arrive Slovenia
Meet on arrival in either Graz, Austria or Ljubljana, Slovenia,
and transfer to Rogaska.
Day 2: Rogaska
Visit the crystal factory and tour the surrounding area. Wine
tasting. Enjoy the Spa facilities in the afternoon.
Day 3: Rogaska
Full day tour. Visit the 4,500 year old town of Ptuj,
sightseeing and wine-tasting in one of the oldest wine cellars
in Europe. In the afternoon visit the beautiful baroque church
Ptujska gora.
Day 4: Ljubljana
Depart for Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia. Sighseeing tour and
departure for Bled.
Day 5: Bled
Sightseeing tour of the Castle and island. In the afternoon, an
excursion to lake Bohinj.
Day 6: Portoroz
Depart to Postojna for sightseeing, a visit to the caves and a
Lipica stud farm. visit the stables of the famous lipizzaner
horses. Continue on to Portoroz for overnight.
Day 7: Portoroz
Sightseeing today of the three coast cities: Koper, Piran and
Izola.
Day 8: Depart
Transfer to the airport for departure flight. Most convenient
departure point is either Triest or Venice. You may also
continue by train to any of the European countries.

This tour can be done by self drive car or better yet
with an English speaking driver/guide. Rates based on mode
of transportation, category of hotel and sightseeing
inclusions.
