Day 1   Arrive Larnaca airport. Pick up your self drive car and proceed to your hotel for overnight.

Day 2   Tour Larnaca. Visit St Lazarus Cathedral, the remains of the ancient city-kingdom of Kitiou and then to nearby Hala Soultan Tekke. Overnight in Larnaca.

Day 3   Today visit the capital of the islnd, Nicosia. Tour the Archaeological Museum, St. John's Cathedral and the Mkarios Byzantine Museum. A short drive within the Venetian walls which surround the old city and you arrive in Laiki Yitonia, a charming neighborhood. Drive along the green line which divides the city into two parts. Then take the road up to the mountains passing through some picturesque villages on the way. Overnight at a charming property in the mountains.

Day 4   A day in the Troodos Mountains can start with a visit to Kykko monastery, Cyprus' largest and most famous monastery. Close by is the Tomb of Archbishop Makarios, first President of the Cyprus Republic. From here explore some of the mountain villages, such as Kakopetria and Platres. Enjoy a stroll along the nature trail to the Caledonia Falls and enjoy some of the islands most stunning views. Overnight again  in the mountians.

Day 5   Drive through the remote villages down to the West Coast town of Pafos. Visit the Tombs of the Kings, the House of Dionysos and the villa of Theseus.  Overnight in Pafos.

Day 6   Start your day by visiting the nearby 12th century monastery of St. Neophytos with its fascinating frescoes. Then drive down to the sea and through the small town of Polis and fishing shelter of Latchi, to visit the Baths of Aphrodite of Love and Beauty. Beneath the spring is a popular beach. Overnight in Pafos.

Day 7   Leave Pafos and head towards Limassol. Drive along the coast past Petra tou Romiou, legendary birthplace of Aphrodite. Then through Episkopi to Curium, one of the island's most important archaeological sites. Continue to Kolossi castle and through the Phasouri plantations to Limassol. here you can visit the castle where Richard the Lionheart married Benengaria of Navarre. Overnight in Limassol.

Day 8   Drive to the airport to release your car before departure.
