Lunch and overnight at Ndutu Lodge in the southern part of the Serengeti. After lunch, take an afternoon game drive. Overnight Ndutu Lodge BLD.

Day 05 Spent exploring the famous Serengeti and watching the great migration. Depending on the East African rains and the grazing availability, you may be privileged to watch the wildebeest giving birth. Wildebeest babies are born during the period where the rich, nutritious grass of the southern Serengeti, grown on the fertile volcanic soil is still available. The young can stand up within seven minutes and run within a few hours of being born! Over one million wildebeest are constantly on the move in search of food and water in nature’s well-stocked park - the predators live well! We also view the kopjies, rock outcrops, on which we may see leopard, klipspringer and rock hyrax. There is so much to see and learn that our few days in the Serengeti pass all too quickly. Overnight Ndutu Lodge BLD.

Day 06 Breakfast, game drive through the conservation area to Ngorongoro Crater, lunch, afternoon spent exploring the crater. Overnight Classic camp BLD.
