DAY 1   - SUNDAY       JOHANNESBURG
Arrive at Johannesburg International Airport and get transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2 – MONDAY      JOHANNESBURG - MPUMALANGA
Depart Johannesburg after breakfast for the Mpumalanga province taking in spectacular scenery en-route including the Blyde River Canyon and God’s Window. Overnight near Hazyview [BD]

 DAY 3 – TUESDAY     MPUMALANGA - KRUGER NATIONAL PARK -
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the Kruger National Park with packed breakfast. While searching for the “Big Five” there’s the opportunity of enjoying prolific bird life and numerous other game. Spend the afternoon relaxing at our next hotel, just outside the park.  Late afternoon or night open-vehicle game drives available (optional & for own account). [B]

Day 4 - Wednesday  MPUMALANGA

After early morning coffee or tea, depart on an open vehicle game drive through Kruger National Park with pre-packed breakfast. Return to the hotel to relax for the afternoon. Late afternoon or night open-vehicle game drives available (optional & for own account). [BD] 

DAY 5 – THURSDAY    MALELANE – SWAZILAND
After an early breakfast travel through beautiful countryside and enter the Kingdom of Swaziland.  Visit the Ngwenya glass factory before reaching the hotel.  Spend the late afternoon relaxing, or visit a nearby craft market.  Overnight in Swaziland.  [B)

DAY 6 – FRIDAY      SWAZILAND - ZULULAND
After breakfast we continue south, visiting a well-known Swazi candle factory before re-entering South Africa.  Travel to Hluhluwe dinner and overnight. [BLD]

DAY 7 – SATURDAY    ZULULAND - DURBAN
Early morning game drive before we continue our journey to Durban.  Arrive at a traditional Zulu village in time for a show displaying local culture, arriving in Durban in the late afternoon.  [B]

 DAY 8 – SUNDAY      DURBAN
Day at leisure in Durban (unescorted).  Opportunity to enjoy one of our optional (for own account) day excursions. [B]

DAY9 - MONDAY    DURBAN - PORT ELIZABETH
Transfer to Durban airport for your flight to Port Elizabeth. For those passengers that make their own flight arrangements please contact our central reservations for an update on flight schedules.  On arrival in Port Elizabeth, transfer to your hotel.  Remainder of the day is at leisure. [BD] 

DAY 10 – TUESDAY    PORT ELIZABETH – KNYSNA
Depart Port Elizabeth and head westwards, soon reaching the Tsitsikamma Mountains and indigenous forests.  Arrive at your hotel in time for lunch. Remainder of afternoon at leisure to explore the area. Overnight Knysna  [B]

DAY 11 – WEDNESDAY  – KNYSNA
Enjoy the shops and atmosphere of this lovely town before enjoying a lagoon cruise to the Featherbed Nature Reserve.  Enjoy a trailer ride to the top of the Western Head and a walk back through the milkwood trees for lunch (included). [BL]

DAY 12 – THURSDAY   KNYSNA – OUDTSHOORN
Travel through the Outeniqua Pass to Oudtshoorn, visit an Ostrich Farm for a guided tour. Proceed to the vast limestone caverns known as the Cango Caves for a tour. Overnight in Oudtshoorn.  [BD]

DAY 13 – FRIDAY     OUDTSHOORN - CAPE TOWN
Travel via Montagu and the “Klein Karoo” to Cape Town, arriving in the late afternoon. [B]

DAY 14 - SATURDAY  CAPE TOWN (UNESCORTED)
A full day at leisure to enjoy one of Springbok Atlas’ Day Tours (optional & for own account). Overnight Cape Town. [B]

DAY 15 - SUNDAY  CAPE TOWN (UNESCORTED)
A full day at leisure to enjoy one of Springbok Atlas’ Day Tours (optional & for own account). Overnight Cape Town. [B]

DAY 16 – MONDAY     CAPE TOWN
Private transfer to the airport, harbour or railway station for your onward journey. [B]
